Here she is. Our Skybox Queen, the little sister of the King. Located on the seventh floor, she watches over our home city of Leuven. And she certainly doesn't fall short. Plenty of natural light, lots of character, a sun-drenched private rooftop terrace, and a stunning view.
On top of that, she’s incredibly versatile. From a birthday drink to a retirement party, from a board meeting to a brainstorming session. You name it, we make it happen!

De Hoorn delivers a complete experience, from inquiry to invoice. Our young and dynamic team, backed by tons of experience, takes care of everything together with you. That way, all you have to do on the day itself is enjoy.
Nice to know: Seamlessly combine the King and Queen for greater capacity! The entire 7th floor is then exclusively yours, with complete privacy.

FAQ
The Skybox Queen is equipped with:
- Up to four round tables (two of up to 11 people and two of up to nine people). Our tables therefore come in two sizes: a maximum of nine and a maximum of 11 people.
- Five standing tables with additional stools for hire. The tables are standard on the terrace in summer.
- Beautiful cast-iron buffet tables for catering or your own decoration
- A lounge set on the terrace in summer with around 20 seats.
The rooftop terrace is decorated with string lights and has speakers to play some background music (max. 85dB).
If you need anything else, we can rent it for you: decorations, chairs, benches, etc.
A dance party is not possible in our skyboxes. Here the noise level is limited to a maximum of 85 decibels, and there is a closing time of 12 o'clock at night so as not to disturb the residents of our lofts above. Would you like to throw a party? Then you can always take a look at our heritage rooms, Machine room and Brewing room.
