Locations

Event Hall

Impressive spaces with character, height, and flexibility. Ideal for large-scale productions, campaigns, interviews, or impactful aftermovies.

Practical information:

  • Shoots must be requested at least one week in advance via events@dehoorn.eu

  • The date and time of the shoot are fixed and not flexible

  • Cost: the price of the room rental if the date and time are not flexible, OR €150 excl. VAT per started hour if the date and time are flexible

Our event rooms

Workspace

A modern, light-filled setting with a creative and professional atmosphere. Perfect for dynamic shoots that convey innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.

  • Cost: €150 excl. VAT per started hour

Meeting Room

Clean, stylish, and fully equipped for focus and efficiency. An ideal setting for business videos, portraits, podcasts, or branded content.

Practical information:

  • Shoots must be requested at least one week in advance via meetingrooms@dehoorn.eu

  • Meeting rooms can be booked via the website or by email

Cost:

  • €65 per hour excl. VAT

  • €50 per hour excl. VAT for the smaller meeting rooms

Our meeting rooms

Terms & Conditions

  • During office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM), no staff costs are charged.

  • Upon arrival and departure, please check in with our front desk staff (reception is located in our bar).

  • Outside office hours, staff will be charged at €52 per hour (excl. VAT).

  • Only the agreed-upon spaces may be used, and only within the confirmed time frame.

  • All arrangements must be confirmed in writing in advance by email, including date, timing, reserved spaces, and any extras such as technical equipment, furniture, drinks, and catering.

  • The shoot is limited to a maximum of 8 people. If a large amount of equipment is brought in, this must be coordinated with De Hoorn in advance.

  • The space must be left tidy after use.
