The start-up discount
As a start-up at De Hoorn, you pay 20% less rent for your workspace for the first 6 months. That leaves you more budget for what really matters now: your product, your customers and your growth.
Bonus: discounted Leuven MindGate membership
Leuven MindGate is the network of innovative entrepreneurs, investors and talent in the region. As a partner of Leuven MindGate, we make your membership considerably cheaper:
- The first 40 De Hoorn companies get €200 off their first year of membership. Does your company have up to 10 employees? Then you become a member free of charge for the first year.
- After that, all De Hoorn companies get 5% off their membership.

Your company counts as a start-up if:
- it was founded less than 5 years ago (proven with an extract from the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises), or
- the founder(s) have worked full-time on their company for less than 5 years.
