Skybox Queen

Located on the seventh floor, the Skybox Queen not only offers a breathtaking view over Leuven but is also the place to enjoy the sun. With plenty of natural light, a private rooftop terrace, and a charming atmosphere, it’s the ideal location to combine your event with a moment of sunshine and relaxation.

Capacity: from 20 to 45 guests.

Skybox King

High above the city, with a stunning view over Leuven. Add an extra touch of flair to your event with the impressive Leuven skyline as your backdrop. Feel like the king of the city in our Skybox King, complete with a private rooftop terrace and panoramic views of both the city and the green Keizersberg landscape.

Capacity: from 40 to 70 guests.

Heritage Rooms

Once the beating heart of the Stella brewery, now our unique event space. The Machine Hall is protected heritage and has been fully restored to its original state. The result? An atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else. Let the energy of the brewery’s past and the impressive machines set the perfect scene for your event.

Capacity: starting from 70 guests.

Our in-house caterer Papillot guarantees top quality. Chef Aaron De Ceuster is happy to accommodate your wishes and ensures that any dietary needs or allergies your guests may have are taken care of.

BBQ in the skybox king and skybox queen

On the grill:

• Grilled sea bass with lime butter

• Skewer of free-range chicken with lemon and thyme

• Skewer of giant prawns with garlic and Provençal herbs

Summer dinner with buffet in the heritage rooms

Cold Buffet:

• Tomato with mozzarella, basil pesto, and pine nuts

• Roast pork with mustard dressing, nut salad, and Parmesan cheese

• Grilled zucchini with hummus, balsamic vinegar, and wild herbs

• Norwegian platter with smoked salmon and halibut, chopped shallots and lemon

• Roast beef with green asparagus and confit tomato

• Potato salad with chives

• Various types of bread and butter

Warm Buffet:

• Cod fillet with white wine jus, fine vegetables, and North Sea shrimp

• Mechelse koekoek (local poultry) with red wine jus

• Mashed potatoes

• Sautéed potatoes with thyme

• Seasonal vegetable mix

DRINKS AND SERVICE

The drinks arrangement is valid for a 4-hour period (for example from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM). Want to extend the party? No problem! Ask us about the possibilities and receive a custom proposal.

What to expect:
During the reception: Cava Campo Viejo, homemade iced tea, Stella Artois, Stella 0%, and water.
From dinner onwards: House wines, Stella Artois, Stella 0%, soft drinks, and water.
Coffee & Tea: Self-service at the coffee machine.
