At De Hoorn, we want to provide the best service in organizing your event. Our collaboration begins with an first contact moment. From that first moment, you will have one contact person with whom you organize your entire event. You can also turn to the same person for future events.

Moreover, feel free to visit De Hoorn and our halls. We are happy to make time for that! We carefully go through all the arrangements and planning. We listen to your wishes and needs, and offer the flexibility to choose between customized solutions or fixed packages.

Whether it's room set-ups, catering, decoration or other facilities, we take care of it. We strive to meet all your expectations and take care of your event to perfection. Do you have any other specific requests? Then we will fulfill them. We have all kinds of networks we can tap into. For example, it is possible to get a historical tour of our unique building with our resident guide, or we know a beer sommelier we can call on for a beer tasting in our old brewery. You name it, we've got it!

We are also happy to think along with you as you explore your options. Our event team has extensive knowledge in organizing all kinds of events. We have experience in organizing staff parties, family barbecues, weddings, conferences, baby showers.... No event theme is too crazy! For example, did you know that we hosted a staff party in the Barbie theme at Studio Manhattan? How fun is that! Even our inhouse caterer Papillot thinks along and makes sure the food fits the theme. 

A flawless execution

Together with our operations team, we make sure your event is a success! During your event, a venue manager will be present to manage the event and answer any (technical) questions you may have.

We arrange tasty drinks, delicious snacks, smooth service and atmospheric music. Just invite your guests, we'll think of the rest. This allows you to enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

In addition, we are very flexible. For example, if the weather is suddenly beautiful on the hello of your event, we can arrange for the reception to take place outside on our terrace instead of inside.

Furthermore, you will not encounter any surprises in your invoice, as we discuss all rates thoroughly in advance.

We also take care of breakdown and cleanup, so you can go home with peace of mind.
